We aim to ship your orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery times
We currently deliver free only within the United Kingdom and operate a standard delivery via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and City Link.
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
International
The following delivery charges apply to customers outside the UK:
- Purchases below £35 = add 10%
- Purchases of £35 and above qualify for free delivery outside UK
- A postage payment request will be sent for orders that do not qulify for a free delivery
Returns
Products returned for replacement or refund must be returned in the same condition as received (as new) along with all of the original contents supplied. The customer is responsible for any safe return of a product.
Please ensure that when returning a product you provide a reason for the return and outline the exact faults with the product. Please contact us before returning any items.
